How to Order your Givebacks (and More!)

Here’s the simple and easy, you might say, “simp-easy” way of ordering your givebacks or other products from your online account or our online store.

  1. Residential subscribers please make your order through your customer portal. If you don’t use our subscription services you can purchase in our online shop.

  2. Build your order and choose to have your products delivered or to pick them up from our offices at 18 Midland Street in Hartford.

  3. If you choose delivery, you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation with your delivery date.

  4. If you choose to pick up your compost from our offices, your order confirmation will include a link to schedule an appointment. You’ll be able to drive up, locate your order, and load up easily. When you book your appointment you can let us know in advance if you’d like a hand! Below are pictures to help you with your pickup.


Ordering Process FAQ

  • Question: When can I pick up my compost? Answer: Our office is open Mon - Fri from 9am to 5pm. We ask that you please schedule a time to pick up.

  • Question: What is your address? Answer: The address is 18 Midland St. Hartford CT 06120.

  • Question: Where in the Blue Earth shop should I order my compost? Answer: It is under “compost givebacks”

  • Question: What do I do if I don’t know my login information? Answer: Visit our login page and select “Reset Password”. If you’re still having trouble, email admin@blueearthcompost or call the office at 860-266-7346 and we can have a password reset link sent to your email.
