How to Order your Givebacks (and More!)

Here’s the simple and easy, you might say, “simp-easy” way of ordering your givebacks or other products from your online account or our online store.
Residential subscribers please make your order through your customer portal. If you don’t use our subscription services you can purchase in our online shop. Customers are eligible for 6 givebacks - 3 during the first six months (Jan 1 - Jun 30) and 3 during the last six months (Jul 1 - Dec 31) each calendar year.
Build your order and choose to have your products delivered or to pick them up from our offices at 49 Depaolo Drive in Southington.
If you choose delivery, you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation with your delivery date.
If you choose to pick up your givebacks from our offices, your order confirmation will include a link to schedule an appointment. You’ll be able to drive up to the gate where an attendant can point you to the compost bags or other givebacks and you can load up easily.
Ordering Process FAQ
Question: When can I pick up my compost? Answer: Our office is open Mon - Fri from 7am to 4pm. We ask that you please schedule a time to pick up.
Question: What is your address? Answer: The address is 49 Depaolo Drive, Southington, CT 06489.
Question: Where in the Blue Earth shop should I order my compost? Answer: It is under “compost givebacks”
Question: What do I do if I don’t know my login information? Answer: Visit our login page and select “Reset Password”. If you’re still having trouble, email admin@blueearthcompost or call the office at 860-266-7346 and we can have a password reset link sent to your email.
Question: What happens if I don't order my givebacks during the time period they're available? Are there rollovers?
Answer: Unfortunately no, your givebacks do not rollover if you do not use them.
